The Yaheetech has a number of cycle trainer stands on Amazon, however they all look to be the same model but with a different descriptive name, so I believe this review will cover most Yaheetech indoor bike exercise stand models.
The Yaheetech Bike trainer stand is a very basic entry-level exercise machine suitable for people wanting to lose weight or increase their fitness level, it is not for serious cyclists or people already with a high fitness level.
In this review I’ll cover its features, the good points and if any it’s bad points (spoiler, yes there are some) and my recommendation if this is a good buy or if there is a better bike trainer stand for you.
Have you found my site but just looking to buy the Yaheetech then I recommend you head over to Amazon where they have the best price and at the time of writing a 25% discount (however I would read my conclusion first)

The features in depth
This stand is a bit confused as to what size wheels can be fitted into this frame. Above it says 26” or 700c, two very different sizes, also an image on Amazon states that wheel sizes of 10” to 26” can be fitted.
Looking at images of the Yaheetech and comparing it with similar bike trainer stands I believe it will fit wheel sizes of 26” to 28” and also a 700c tire.
The Yaheetech uses a well-used basic, functional but strong and stable design similar to many other entry-level stands, made from quality steel and with a max weight of 330lbs this stand will hold both you and your bike extremely stable while exercising.
A great feature of this design is that when you have finished training your bike is easily removed and the frame folds flat for easy storage.
Some points omitted from the feature list.
The Yaheetech bike stand does not come fully made up and has to be assembled at home. This is not a problem for the mechanically minded of you but for others it has been extremely frustrating with the instructions less than helpful.
Now we come to the most important part of a bike exercise stand, the resistance unit. The unit on the Yaheetech cycle stand is the most basic you can get. It is a fixed one speed magnetic resistor with no flywheel.
What does this mean to you?
For those of you just starting to lose weight (see my beginner workout for bike trainer stand)or get fit having a fixed resistance unit will not be much of a problem, you can just use your gears on the bike to make things easier or harder for yourself.
However later on (in my case it was six months later) as you fitness level increases the limits of this unit will be reached and you will find you can overcome the magnetic resistance making this unit useless and redundant.
Another missing feature of this resistance unit is that it has no weighted flywheel. It’s the flywheel’s inertia that gives a good bike trainer stand a more natural feeling as if you were riding your bike on the road. Not a problem for a beginner but the addition of one is a vast improvement.
Should you buy the Yaheetech indoor bike exercise stand?
The Yaheetech is a good solid basic bike trainer stand, but it is over priced. For less than $2 you could get the vastly superior Amazons number 1 best seller the Magnet Steel Bike Bicycle Indoor Exercise Trainer Stand see my review. So I wouldn’t recommend you buy the Yaheetech bike trainer while there are much better models at the same price.
